HEROES Returns, Velvet Not So Much
It’s Monday and for some strange alien reason, I’m still battling problems with my allergies and voice. I blame this stupid, ignorant Dallas weather that has seen temperatures bounce from freezing to 80 degrees in the past three days. I mean seriously what the hell nature!
I think that I’ll finally and I mean finally be over this crap this week because temperatures will be normal and consistent for the entire week. That means that I’ll be able to get behind the microphone again for a show!
Did you guys see the new G.I. Joe and Transformers 2 trailers last night during the Super Bowl? Transformers: Rise of the Fallen is going to be massive! I don’t know what to think of the G.I. Joe trailer just yet. Marlon Wayans is in the movie and Destro doesn’t have his chrome dome. That’s two strikes and I can probably find a third if I gave it any more attention.

And the HEROES commercials throughout the Super Bowl were pretty awesome. HEROES makes its return tonight on NBC so park yourselves in front of the television for the debut of Volume 4, Fugitives. The Heroes are going to be hunted tonight and there’s a big climax in tonight’s episode involving all of the Heroes.
Well, that’s about it for the weekend recap. Have a good week everyone!

The Transformers 2 trailer melted my face, I litterally had to leave the room and find some towels after it rolled. GI:JOE looked sick, as much as it could have been lacking seeing “Snake Eyes” and “Storm Shadow” again made me grin…I can’t tell you how much time I spent playing around with those toys, good stuff…hope the movie does it justice. Another trailer that looked sick was the new Fast and the Furious trailer, I’m so glad the old cast is returning!!

Looking forward to Heroes, but I’m more excited for the 3D episode of Chuck.
I’ll also have to check out those movie trailers from the Super Bowl. I missed them.

I followed Heroes for the first halfish of the first season, but it got kinda so-so at that point, so I stopped. People have suggested that it got better, so maybe I’ll go back eventually.
Also, Marlon Wayans is not necessarily a bad thing- he was awesome in Requiem For A Dream. We’ll just try and forget about Little Man, etc., ok?

Heroes has always been great!
maybe not the second season but i blame that on the writer’s strike.
