I saw it at Walmart for $15. Is it any good? I don't think I heard too much good about it when it released but it's always good to get real community feedback on games.

Alot of people liked it and alot didnt. It really depends on if you liked the demo or not. But for 15 bucks... its a pretty good buy.

I'd buy it for 15 bucks. The singleplayer game is mildly interesting, but the co-op games are where it's at. I rented it for a few weeks and enjoyed it.

Worth $15 for sure. Live play is very disjointed though. It's all spawn camping.

I got it when it released. I only have 2 levels left to play and I enjoy it. What makes some people not like it is the fact it is a stratagy game more than a shooter. You just can't run and gun as much as you would think. You have to advance and make a defensive point before advancing again.

$15.....Pick it up.

Bump of the decade!

I just wanted to say that I bought this game recently and it was cheap as chips and it's pretty enjoyable.

Way back in the mists of time when it came out everybody I spoke to about The Outfit said it sucked. I didn't even bother with the demo.

Well it just goes to show.

The game is no killer app, fair enough, but it's still a decent game IMO.


I might try Gun out now too, the other game that everybody on my Friend's List dismissed out of hand.

How are the achievements ?

most of the acheivments are easy to obtain.. decent number are tied to side missions.. never realy finished the game or went online with it yet.. but its a good time killer.

Yeah, I'm getting a steady flow of achievements just by playing through the missions.

The game often tells you when there's a medal opportunity (basically an achievement) and I know I've missed a few through my craptacular skills.
There was this bit where some SS soldiers were executing a few regular german army guys and I kind of shot the wrong troops. Achievement missed I think. Not too sure.
I forgot to shoot some barrels too. Another achievement down the drain probably.

You can go back and get them if you replay the mission though so no great disaster for the achievement hunters.

Gun was a great game for xbox. I really enjoyed it. The problem was I think people were a little upset the 360 version was 100% identical to the xbox version except it was in HD. That was the only difference.
