View Full Version : RE4 Wii Gets Near Perfect Famitsu Score

Only a handful of games per year ever get more than a single 10 out of Famitsu's unique 4 reviewer score system. Resident Evil managed to get two, with the remaining two reviewers giving it a 9.

I bought the Gamecube version not too long ago and was massively impressed, this just makes me want it all over again.

Well RE4 for Wii is pretty much the same game as the Gamecube one. What scores did Famitsu give RE4 for GCN?

I'll get the Wii version of this. I loved RE4 when it came out. It will be fun to play it with the Wiimote.

i want a wii now, but i havent tried a RE games, so i'll try this.

you get the content from the PS2, and better graphics then the GC.

If there is anything that interests me about the Wii... It's this.

Good score... Forza 2 scored all 9's in that Japanese mag.

If I buy Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, it will be my 3rd time purchasing RE4. I have both the GC and PS2 versions, but loving RE4 as much as I do, I might just give Capcom my money again.

At that price there will be no hesitation on my part. RE4 is one of the greatest games ever created.

havn't played any RE games since Nemisis (tried Code Name: Veronica, but couldnt get into it)

might break down soon to find out what everybody raves about this game.

RE4 is the best game in the franchise....because of the camera alone.

Yeah alot of people were actually disappointed by RE4 thanks to the more gung-ho approach. Fans of the silent and slow gameplay were less than excited.

Point me to these people that I may hack them limb from limb with my katana. I'm serious, I would like to introduce them to my razor sharp katana.

RE4 = One of the greatest games ever created. Anyone who thinks it was or is a disappointment has no taste in games.

RE4 was great but you can't argue that it was a step back in terms of survival horror. It was more of an action game.
