What is the worst movie that you have ever seen????

post it here and spare others from the torture.....

if you have more than one list it!!

my vote is for Eyes Wide Shut w/ Tom Cruise..... I mean :wtf: !!! I left the theater wishing I could get my 2 1/2 hours back.

Sirharper

Eyes Wide Shut was Kubrick's last fim. I found some merit to it, especially when it comes to throwing a party like that.

I'd have to say Freddy Got Fingered far exceeds it in awefullness.

DOA movie?? Haha BAD IDEA.

My worst movie would probably be Spanglish. That was so boring and I didn't get wtf they were talking about.

Armageddon made me want to vomit, the bit where Bruce Willis sacrifices himself so Ben Afleck can live on was one of the worst things I have ever seen in a film, I wanted to laugh at it, but I just couldnt it was just too bad! lol

DeaconBlade

I see A LOT of movies, and I enjoy almost all of them, but some of the worst movies from the past 2-3 years that stand out are:

Val Helsing
The Ring 2
Resident Evil: Apocalypse
The Day after Tomorrow

I loved The Ring and the first Resident Evil movie, I was also obsessed with the RE games for several years of my life, but the second RE movie was just complete blasphemy. I was also a huge fan of The Ring, and thought the sequel looked awesome from the previews...but the movie, from what I remember (I tried to block it out of my memory) was a disgrace to the first movie, and I usually like sequels more than the originals.

Van Helsing, I knew I was going to hate it, but only saw it because a lot of friends I hadn't seen in a while were back for the summer from college and I decided to go.since they were.

The Day After Tomorrow, I thought it looked awesome in the previews, but the movie had like 60 seconds of special effects, and the "wave" that hits NYC was pathetic. The one in Deep Impact was better than that little ripple.

There's usually only 2-3 movies a year out of the 100+ I see that I dislike, same goes for games, only 2 or 3 a year that I really don't enjoy.

Kate is currently my dream girl (along with the chick in the Mercury commercials). My wife is fully aware that I'd be out the door in a second if either of them came calling.

:bwave:

There are certainly mush worse movies than Van Helsing, not that it's in any way good it's just not as terrible as some. I HATED Kate's accent in it, it's like fingernails on a chalkboard to me.

How about Fantastic Four?

I'm sorry, but that movie REALLY sucked compared to the rest of the Marvel movies. I mean... it was more of a "family values" flick then an action flick, which really ticked me off.

It was a horrible drama starring Keanu Reeves in a role that solidified him as an awful actor.

Any movie from the Pitch Black series (one with Vin Deseal) or School of Rock, I saw that movie when it first came out (since I love my Hard Rock and Metal) and I thought it was terrable, Then not to long ago i tried watching it on TV and lasted 10min.

wait, you said pitch black was rubbish? Wow. I thought it was pretty good, a great adaptation of the novel it was routed from.

My pick goes to Van Helsing, the exorcist and Crouching tiger, hidden dragon.
Basically, anything that has a cheap quick ending that makes little sense.

gravedigger8081

Pitch black was alright, but the Cronicles of Riddick ruined the franchise for me

Ghost Rider, Was a big fan of the comics back in the mid 90's.. The CGI was ok but the acting and dialog was terrible.

On tech merits
Fear.com, The percentige of females with Hemophilia is so low.. I only know of one in the entire New England area.. granted they could have used the condition to just explain a "type" of bleeding disorder.. Ok this is just a personal hate..

The one movie I hate yet would still watch again (over and over)
Killer Klowns from Outer Space

The 1998 remake of Godzilla.

2+ hours of watching people feeding it fish to only fail to capture it.

And you would think from it being from the makers of Independence Day the graphics would kick ass - man it was horrible. Claymation for the win :)

Whoever decided on the casting ought to be shot. Then castrated. Then rewound and done again.

I'm in the UK and over here we have a digital channel called Sci-Fi. Do you get in the states at all?

Anyway, the channel does a good line in seriously bad made-for-tv movies.

There's a film doing the rounds on the channel lately that really plumbs the depths.

"Mansquito"

Yep half man, half mosquito. The film is brilliantly appalling. If you've seen it you have my sympathy but hey ... what a totally superb laugh it was, eh?

Sort of like that film-within-a-film thing that featured in ... er ... some other film.

Half Man! Half Ant! MANT!

Classic. :)

Man, tough crowd! LOL! I actually liked Dragon alot! I also thought the Director's cut of Riddick was quite good. The theatrical cut stunk though since they cut out quite a bit of story.

I would nominate Battlefield Earth as the worst movie ever made. It was so bad that during serious parts of the movie in the theatre the audience was laughing out loud. Horrible movie...truly pathetic.
