lol, awesome. It reminds me of Conkers in the way it plays homage to great games and other mediums.

Nah, you can't knock EA, even if they did diss your favourite game ;)
Battlefield, Burnout, Skate, Army of Two and something else I'm sure as heck missing are all titles worth watching closely.

Battlefield = DICE = EA buyout

Burnout = Criterion = EA Buyout

SKATE = Black Box = EA buyout

ALL of them have gotten worse over time... Do you remember Bullfrog, or Maxis?

Yeah, I remember Rare moreso :lol:
I personally think the burnout series has progressed greatly. Battlefield 2 was awesome but they went too OTT and milked it.

Yeah, you remember the very OLD RARE... Even on Gamecube, Starfox was crap... They lost talent before Microsoft bought them.. However, with games like Kameo/Viva Piñata (Not my cup of Tea, lol) they are getting better.

When EA buys up developers, they fade away into oblivion... Like Maxis & Bullfrog.:mad:

Pictures look TIGHT, damn... HD is one thing, but they are taking some time with that game, to make sure it looks good. Too bad none of the kids playing the game will remembers BART-MAN, as that gag hasn't been used in probably 7 or 8 years!

Side note: looks like a special Dev-Kit kind of Xbox... what kind of hard drive do you suppose that is? ;) Specifically in image 2 (http://images.ea.com/games/simpsons/event/gameplay2.jpg).

oh lol well in that case.....good job? haha i wouldn't think the Simpsons were that difficult to create on next-gen or even last gen..but hey...kudos. it does look like the cartoon for sure.

Well, it's not really the hardware that makes it special, or the developer... It's the fact that it's the first Simpsons that finally looks like the real-deal.
