If were lucky and whine about it enough maybe we'll get it by 2010 lol
(just another reason why I have more than one account!);)

I haven't tried downloading any video's but anything else that I've tried downloading like US gamerpics (such as the Family Guy ones) has worked just fine, and really I can't see them stopping people from doing it, I used my US address (BF's address) to sign up for the account and if they were to inquire about it I'd tell them to send me a letter and I'll prove that I can be reached at that address, also if they were to block people from downloading on their accounts people wouldn't be able to download anything if they went on vacation to another country it would be stupid and too many people would complain, so as of right now I don't know if about the video thing, maybe one of these nights I'll have to try it and see if it works :)

They use your credit card to determine your location for video marketplace, and only MS when/if it will be available in Canada it would nice to get an update on the current situation or at least giving us a general time frame.

Best advice I can give is get yourself digital cable and enjoy more features without filling your HDD with crap.

Well I have a free extra HDD from MS so I have the space and unfortunately only have one provider of digital cable here (that sucks). I'm also far more interested in the shows MS is offering than they are.

I'm sitting here waiting to give Microsoft my money but I won't wait forever, if it's not out soon I'll have to take your advice.
