Robbie Bach takes on the same ol' stance as always declaring the Wii and 360 to be 'different drivers'. He goes on to explain why they're not in direct competition.

Edit: in the same interview he says how the 360 could produce a profit as early as next year.
“We'll make money next year and that will be the first time, which is pretty exciting” Bach said. “And then the next two or three years are the place where you need to make tracks, and the next two or three years are where you have to make money.”

call it what you will...but 'Wii' all know it's competition. people are driving through Wii's thus either a) passing up the 360 altogether or b) delaying their 360 purchase.

either way, that's not good for MS. there are some Wii60 guys out there though but i doubt if it's a large #. i'm not one of them.

I don't see how anyone can say it's not competition, it just seems so obvious to me.

Yep isy... When someone (Who even has both) the Wii and the 360, goes out to buy a Wii game instead of a 360 one... Microsoft/360/It's Publishers/Developers = LOSE

That is competition.

You're right about the devs losing out too. I had preordered The Godfather for the 360 but after hearing a Wii version was in the works I got that instead.
