i was thinking about purchasing some from xbox.com but i wasn't sure how immediate the balance would reflect it.

anyone ever purchase points via xbox.com?

its been a while since I bought points, but I am almost positve I have bought all my points directly from xbox.com. They were almost instantly reflected in my balance.

I just put my credit card on there... but now i cant take it off. I wish there was an option to take it off.

I had the same prob. call XBOX people,(you can find the number on xbox.com) and they can take it off for you. I just buy microsoft points card at the store when i buy new games

I have a question, ok i have 2 credit cards on my xbox one of them is expired and the other one i use. Everytime i buy points it has the old expired credit card as the one its buying the points from, so i have to go to my other card and click that everytime. is there anyway of deleting one of the cards from my acount or making my new one the main card to buy points?

I had the same prob. call XBOX people,(you can find the number on xbox.com) and they can take it off for you. I just buy microsoft points card at the store when i buy new games Ok cool thx.

You may be able to remove it from the user control panel through the xbox website. But I had a similar problem and had to end up calling xbox to have it fixed. It may be the best thing to do in the long run to protect your sanity.

You have to do it through the account management (My Xbox) on the xbox.com web site.

I've never dowloaded points off of Xbox.com. I just think it's easier from the console just because you can use it on the spot.
