Nope, I haven't received an Email from Bungie concerning the Beta yet. And I'm not waiting for Crackdown because of the Halo 3 Beta.

I'm waiting for Crackdown because I think it looks like a very fun game.

I'm waiting on Crackdown. Hell, you get the Halo 3 Beta and a pretty decent game for 60 bucks, can't beat that!

I haven't gotten an e-mail, but I bet they send them out within the next week. I still don't know if I even want to play the Halo 3 beta, but I'll end up doing it just to be able to answer people's questions about the game and give my opinion on it. I still don't like that they're allowing the whole world to play this game before it's even done, kinda kills the hype and magic of the actual game's release.

yeah, originally I wasnt so sure about crackdown - it just seems a little crazy from the videos. I can't wait to try out the demo and see what the game is all about - it will squash the rumors that they are trying to increase sales by provided a beta ticket with the game. Just like UNSCleric, I am not really sure about playing beta or not - especially since so many are going to have access - its almost like just a pre-release of a game with some suprise bugs. After I play the demo I will decide if I will pick up crackdown or not.

The sent out the emails saying that they are going to start sending out emails for those that have been selected... And some people have already received the emails that say they have been selected. I hope that makes sense.

Ya.. but some people have already got the one saying "Congrats!" my only consolation is that he is on the east coast and his last name starts with a B... so maybe they haven't made it down the list yet :)
