View Full Version : Is NINJA GAIDEN SIGMA coming to the 360?

Yosuke Hayashi the director of Ninga Gaiden Sigma revealed in a Gamespot interview.

"A remastering of the Ninga Gaiden that came out three years ago for Xbox; and what we are doing is completely revamping all of the graphics including textures and other assets. As well as tweeking the action engine in order to create the most compelling action game experience for Next Gen Consoles."

Why would it state NEXT GEN CONSOLES at all even if it was a bad translation.. Wouldn't it just say PS3?

He is simply saying that this will be the most compelling game for the next gen. If it were for multiple platforms he would say something along the lines of "action game experience coming to all next gen consoles"

You forgot a word. And no... He would just simply say PS3.

I have a good feeling that SIGMA is coming to the 360 also... I thank PS3's low sales rate.

Well what a waste of money for 360 users considering Ninja Gaiden Black is BC if thats the case. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is NG Black with a couple of extras (nothing to write home about), and updated graphics. Now that just smells blockbuster title there. Really original for $60.

It would make sense to bring it over in terms of financial support. However, is the ability to play as Rachel going to convince 360 owners to buy the game for $60 when they can get Ninja Gaiden Black for under $10? (assumption)

Yes, I know many that would buy it for the graphic upgrades alone... And including achievement points, 360 LIVE that lets you talk to friends while playing, and with the in-game extras... Many will buy.

Well, like I said, they'll make more for sure. I won't buy it though. I'm more than happy with the xbox version.

Same here... Unless the 360 version is $30 while the PS3's is $60.

Now that would be funny.

Anyways, if it doesn't come to the 360... I'll hardly miss it.

I still have yet to play the game. Traded Riddick months ago for Ninja Gaiden (not NG Black) - and I have yet to touch the game. I'll probably just sell it and rent Sigma when it hits.

Funny, I can chat & game at the same time... Brain can do two things at once/mouth not part of my hands.

I got past Alma in the first Ninja Gaiden without the Ninja Dog (Easy) capability.

Alma is not that bad. Awakened Alma on the other hand can be a certified pain in the ass, but only on Very Hard or Master Ninja. After playing for 3 years non-stop, pretty much every boss in the game is a joke as I can beat them all flawlessly.

If you know how to dodge Alma's projectiles properly, which isn't hard, beating her is no biggie.
