EA SPORTS Brings Interactive Draft Experience to Madden NFL Fans

Demo out on Xbox Live now with the Cowboys vs. Giants in New York and the snow. I think this is a must buy with the new Cowboy Stadium for me. Plus they'll say Arlington, Texas as well. I can't pass up supporting my Cowboys and my home town now. :)

I'll pass. Played the demo - did seem a little more fluent than last years' but not enough to shell out full price.

Plus, I've noticed Madden drops in price (not by publisher, but retailers), within a few weeks of being out anyways so if I find a good deal maybe I will pick it up. EA ships out so many f'in copies; even with the demand of the game they overship. Last year at my old Walmart they sent around two hundred Xbox 360 copies, 150 PS3 games, 150 PS2 copies, 80 PSP copies, 200 Wii copies, and 80 DS copies. That's approx. 860 copies of Madden sent to a small city Walmart. We sold maybe 40 copies on launch. Don't get me wrong, for the first 2 weeks we probably sold about 10 Madden copies a day, but now I walk in to see them have all the extra copies (still from launch) on clearance for like $10.

I am at a bigger Walmart now (and thankfully not in Electronics) so I'm interested to see how many of them we get at this store. Madden launch night is crazy - I thought the Halo crowds were bad.
