He isn't likely to get banned unless he gets completely out of hand, merely annoying isn't enough. It's been discussed a few times already. There is too much symathy for him being banned on other sites.

A Mikewarrior law would be good but not all that meaningful.

In the coming days I will present a solution to the problem in which the community wins.

i don't read most of them because i'm a happy gamer and i couldn't care less about the PS3 or whatever demise people try to paint or any comparisons etc. i don't bother.
