lol, I'm not gonna buy it. I was never into the second Halo and my love for shooters is dwindling. I'm gonna stick with buying stuff I can actually afford (my limit for games is £60)

Perfect dark zero has to have the worst CE ever. You get a card and a see through sleeve in which the game rests. I hate it/

The only thing I wanted thats in the Legendary Edition were the HD cinematics of Halo and Halo 2. But for $130 - no thanks.

I'll just buy the disc off ebay since its on a seperate disc.

Hello Standard Edition. The LE for Halo 2 wasnt that bad, but since I wasnt a big fan of the game itself, I am not spending extra money this time around.

Gears of War is a Microsoft licensed game made by a 3rd party, same for Crackdown. Kameo is a 1st party game (RARE is owned by Microsoft) that has always sold for $49.99.

Bungie is owned by Microsoft, and Halo 3 should be $49.99

But you should have known it wouldn't be. People originally understood it as all MS Gamestudios published titles. Once the Epic execption was made people fell back on MS-owned studios only. Now even that was proven untrue. I think the writing was always on the wall for exceptions to be made.

Yeah, this was all debated when GoW ended up being $59. Nobody could find evidence of MS making that statement (I don't know how hard they looked) but there sure were a huge group of people that thought they did. Either way people were deceived. I'll let you argue the semantics of whether or not it was a lie. I will strongly caution you about jumping to the conclusion that they didn't, that too is unproven. MS is very good at covering things up.
