That's pretty cheap if true. If you want to sign an exclusive deal before a game is announced, fine. Doing it several years later with both platforms announced seems pretty ridiculous.

It is when it's a huge IP... The sales on the 360 version of RE5 will dwarf that of the Ps3's version & show devs that they should always make games for 360 first.

That's a blow to Sony because they really want devs to make games first for the Ps3.

If true, I agree. This would be a huge blow to Sony especially if the game is just as good or better than RE4.

well the game isn't coming anytime soon so i guess this will take shape in 2009. a time exclusive won't do much if Microsoft hasn't lowered the price of the console.

RE5 isn't going to sell any consoles. however, RE5 with what i've suggested as a price cut will.

Yeah, MS needs to make a move before RE5 comes out if they want to capitalize on it. Otherwise Sony may have gained enough ground that it won't matter. Either way it doesn't matter to me. Competition ftw.
