Spore Creator Creator Available

Not sure if it fits under "Games for Windows" but it is coming to PC. IGN just released a ten minute video preview of the creature creator coming June 17th. The full game ships in September.

it's a game that acts like an evolution simulator.. You start off and you are a single cell organism. You have objectives to complete, once you do so, you evolve, or upgrade your animal. As you evolve, the world evolves around you and you'll see creatures that other users have created. It looks pretty sweet..

oh so like Seaman but only different.

nah.. it's open world.. and the game will send creatures you create to the server, so everyone else's game will download the creature into their world.

yeah ok...this is friggin addictive :lol: i sat and wasted 4+ hours with the Creature Creator. i got the full creator from EA last night and it was a lot of fun!

Ok... I saw a creature on youtube of a something like this, but thought it wasn't as good as they could have made it. I tried to make it better, and I think I was able to bring the thing to a whole new level. lol

This creature creating thing is kind of addictive. I'm guessing that's a good sign for the full game. I've created 3 creatures so far.

some places are give 5 bucks off of Spore.. which is pretty cool.. there is a free version online... try fileplanet or some other download sites.

Yeah the $10 fee is what was making me wonder. This creature creation stuff is too much fun, I'm going to have to get Spore. I hope it works on my pc, the creation tool works great.

The creator has been quite a bit of fun, more than expected. :o
