Oh Yeah!! More than meets the eye, baby!! :lol:

So we watched the trailer from the XBL Marketplace and I am really excited about seeing this movie. Now especially since Steven Spielburg is the executive producer on this one so you know it is going to be good.. .The graphics look great and I can't wait to see which transformers are in it.. Of course we all know that Optimus Prime, he was in the preview, and Megatron will be in it.... but I didn't recognize the others that were in the preview...

I hope mirage or bumblebee is in it...

Its funny but I still know the theme song!! :flower:

the only thing i don't like about the upcoming movie is that Megatron will not be a gun. he's a friggin plane i think.

and i have a question for long time fans.....

who did you like more...Optimus Prime or Rodimus?

Well thats a bummer, I loved Megatron as the gun. They have given him so many different forms it's not funny but the gun was the best.

Me, I am an Optimus Prime fan...

Yeah I can't wait to see this movie, but what about the game, how do you think it will turn out. Hopefully not like gundam lol

Yeah because japan is a different market than out here, that surgery game on the DS sold well over there too, but that doesn't make it a good game.

Plus the new Gundam for PS3 is garbage, I seen the review on xplay, the environment looks like a PS1 game

Please roddimus was alright and everything but he is no Optimus.

I always wondered what UltraMagnus would have looked like had he been prime, like he was supposed to be in the movie. Just watche3d it the other day. ... You got the Touch... do doo

Also Bumblebee isn't going to be a Volkswagon Bug, he's a Dodge Charger, Volkswagon is anti war/violence so they wouldn't allow their likeness to be used. I'm excited and everything but I'm also worried. Optimus is not red / blue either but has purple and flame jobs on him. eh like i said i'm worried.

That surgery game, also known as Trauma Center, is one of the best games available on the DS. I agree that tastes are different between Japanese and Western gamers but I'm simply going by what you said. Gundam did do well in Japan and that gives it at least an inkling of hope in the Western market.

bumblebee is a freakin camaro. :wtf: I can't belive they won't make him a vw like on the cartoon.

I also heard a long time ago that there will be a apperance of a 360 in the movie.

I heard all the jokes of it being able to transform and in the middle of transforming it will get the red rings of death. lol.

:wtf: Okay VW is Crazy!! To me they are making no sense since they allowed him to be a VW Bug in the cartoons and there was lots a fighting in the cartoons...

Hey All I found some pictures of the transformers car modes. As for the VW thing i think the company was never consulted on the tv show, and the TV show didn't have a logo on the car. Odd for a car company rooted in a

I'm going to watch this movie on Saturday, but today I watched Live Free or Die Hard. That movie was awesome!!!

I had a chance to see Transformers tonight but we didn't end up going. Will probably see it in the morning on the 4th with die hard too

A freind of mine was able to see it last week.. thankfully he hasn't spoiled anything for me yet.. I'm not expecting the best movie of the year, but I at least wish to be entertained by it..

but from what the GF told me, some of the local papers are already slaming it.. Personaly I think they walked in with to high of expectations. Either that or they are bias towards the old school 80's version that some of us grew up with.

btw: the new Voyager Jetfire figure is sweet.. the GF did end up getting it for me.. she spoils me at times..

I feel the same way.. loved the movie.. so much to talk about, but feels like its to early to say anything as to not ruin things for the folks who have yet to see it.

The special effects were great in this movie. There was some cheesiness involved, but overall it was a good movie with good action.

I overheard a few interesting "theorys", been trying to look into it however had no luck...as of yet (don't think it was a metor.. that was what was left of a building that blew up or the remnents of Ms Liberty.. but I could be dead wrong on that)

once I can get a more solid lead.. I'll be sure to let you know about that preveiw..

Transformers was good, but that untitled trailer at the beginning was intense. It's by JJ Abrams and so far it's being called Cloverfield. IMDB Page here. (http://imdb.com/title/tt1060277/)

So I finally got to see this movie and it was sweet!!! OMG!!! The special effects were just amazing..

Optimus Prime totally rocked... Yes he is my fav, I have to admit I got all emotional when they caught bumblebee...

So did anyone else notice the guy carrying an Xbox 360 that became a transformer??
