This would totally be an instant buy for me, Even if it was 1,200 points. Someone needs to fix the sorry mess that is Goldeneyes Legal Situation, as soon as its fixed someone (or everyone) is going to rake in a whole mess of money. What more incentive does M$, Ninty or anyone need to make it happen?
