some dweeb on the xbox.com forums posted that I was playing H3 with his little brother today (which I was obviously not) , and that he was very offended by my GT...lol... a few people in the past have scratched that surface a couple of times as well....

I took the necessary actions by asking a few higher ups if this was a problem and noone ever said it was an issue...I just thought it was a little weird...I'm not really concerned (and I would easily change my tag if I was "asked" to)..but I just thought it was an interesting topic...

any feedback/input? ....

I personally don't find it offensive. I think the society we live in is just too over-sensitive.

thnx aqua...like I've always said, I'm a pretty nice guy once u get to know me...lol..I just use this name because that's what my boi's call me...

I don't see or have a problem with it at all.. Oh there are alot worse out there and I have denied f/r from some of them too! Sorry that happend, it is kinda wierd almost as if he just saw your name in the forums and made something up...

lol...you scared me there for a sec...but, from what I'm gathering, the kid was just mad I posted some deragatory stuff in his multiple spam threads...like I said, it's not a big deal but if I'm in the wrong here I want to make it right...that's just how I roll....

another note...I temporarily changed my sig at the xbox forums to direct people to this thread...if thats a no no please let me know and I will go back to the bread and butter...lol...

I think a lot worse could be out there... I wouldn't worry to much, just thinking people will give you a hard time saying your an Irishprik and as long as you can handle that. As for the 4-1-1, thanks for clearing that up. I was afraid we had another 410 IrishPriks out there now. :)

The worse I got, was in CoD4, someone kept calling me Rick Perry for killing him. I don't want to be compared to the Gov! :)

Personally, I don't find it offensive. I have also seen a lot worse out there. I agree with others when they say that some are just a bit too overly sensitive.

I agree with what everyone has said. Your name is fine, but this is an over-sensitive society. In my opinion, you shouldn't change it.

BTW, being an Irish chick, I think my opinion should count for a lot!

I don't find your name offensive.Our 8 year old plays every afternoon & he will ask if someones name is bad.If he was playing with you...which I would hope not for your sake...he talks non-stop...I would tell him to just call you Irish.
