I guess this place is going to be used mainly by people that are from the xbox forums, and fans of Deacons show, it is a great idea! A place away from the main forums where we can get to know other members of the community that we wouldnt normally get to meet over on xbox.com due to posting in different parts of the forum. but the question is, is this going to become the new unofficial off topic forum for xbox.com?

i really tried NOT to do message boards lol but the community spoke. i was getting plenty of emails and messages via Xbox Live.

as long as it's classy, i don't think there will be a problem. i trust you guys and gals. my plan is to hopefully merge the two communities wherein it's second nature to visit xbox.com as well as here. everyone knows i'm a staple at xbox.com and that won't change....i'm always looking for ways to better the community on xbox.com and hopefully allowing this avenue here will do that for both.

Yeah its a great idea, I think with time this place could be like just another forum on xbox.com, like you will have UK xbox chat, US xbox chat and then this place. Its a great idea especially as you can go OT here, lol.

Back in 1999 or so, when I got my own computer, and Internet (permanently) I was always active in forums like this ("smaller" ones) I loved it. PerfectlyDark.com and GameCubeXL.com were my main ones. I made quite a name for myself over at GCXL...good times.
