Gamercards For Viewing

Hey all. I just wanted to pass along word that I've coded the forums and your profiles to showcase your Gamercards automatically. (Gamercards are now pointing directly from Xbox Live but could point to other places if desired)

If you notice in the User CP under Edit Profile, there is an option to include your Gamertag. If you do this, then each time you post there will be a field listing your Gamertag.

Gamertag: DeaconBlade 360

I coded this field so that when a member clicks your Gamertag, it will pop up. Try it out and let me know if things are working properly. I've tested it on all skin choices and things should be in order.

This may help some of you who wish to use your signatures for something other than your Gamercard now that it's being generated automatically. (I'm not so bad afterall with this coding thing)

i was really surprised at myself for coding it properly as i'm a designer first and coder somewhat dead last. but i guess with the proper instructions, anything is possible as shown with this feature addition.

i couldn't believe i actually coded it right :lol:

That's the URL for your MGC profile, the sig is (for example) this: http://card.mygamercard.net/sig/LowestLime.png.

it really should be as simple as the image you have in your signature currently, unless I am completely missing something.
