Happy Monday and welcome to another Monday Morning Scripted!  I still haven’t been paid for my 8.0 review of Kane & Lynch so I’m not sure how to take that.  If you’re unaware of why I just said that, it’s because of all the speculation going on surroung a GameSpot editor being fired for his review (if you can call it that) of Eidos’ Kane & Lynch: Dead Men.  This hasn’t been confirmed but I don’t need to explain the ramifications if it holds true that these so-called big media sites like GameSpot are “on the take” with their reviews.

That’s why you only need to trust my reviews because I’m still pretty broke writing them.  If you can’t trust a broke person, then who can you trust? (smile)  Activision and Vivendi Universal merged to form Activision Blizzard.  I definitely got a WTF moment with that name.  This makes a formidable alliance though against the all powerful EA.

There’s a new addition to U360 that I revealed yesterday called U360 Medals.  It’s another unique feature to the site that so far everyone has enjoyed.  There will be more medals introduced so stay tuned!

Tonight is the season finale of Heroes and I wanted to say that the writers on strike are TEH SUCK!  I know everyone should be paid their worth but couldn’t they have waited until the Summer when Heroes was done!  See you guys and girls tomorrow for the Fall Dashboard Update live show!

Just when you thought you’d never get to know more about this game beyond buying it, VU Games prepares to unleash a demo on the Xbox Live Marketplace.  “Eragon” (Sierra Entertainment) is based on the worldwide literary phenomenon and Twentieth Century Fox fantasy epic hitting theaters on December 15.  The demo will be soaring onto Xbox Live Marketplace starting today.  (unconfirmed as I type this but I assume tomorrow)  Demo confirmed…it’s up.

Eragon: The Video Game

Demo:

Players join Eragon and Brom as they journey to Darret Village.  Eragon is slowly learning his true power, but in this early level Eragon has not yet mastered his dragon rider magic and must rely on his skills with the sword and bow to escape the forces of Durza and Galbatorix.  Sapphira swoops in to take out the enemy forces, but players will look forward to taking to the skies in the full game to experience the dragon rider legacy.

Eragon: The Video Game ships out on November 14th.  I’m looking forward to the movie for sure and this is great to be able to get some hands on with the game before it releases.

Eragon Xbox 360Check out some new screens of Eragon from VU Games.  I’ve been waiting for the movie for quite a bit and I hope the game can hold me until the movie releases.

In the game, players will live the legend as Eragon, and with his mighty dragon Saphira ride into epic battle against an evil king’s sinister forces. Players will be able to share the adventure with a friend with two player co-op featuring team attack bonuses and dragon fight/flight combo gameplay.

Head over to check out the screenshots!

It’s headed to the Xbox 360 next month…November 14.
