There aren’t many chances a gamer gets to stick it to the developers behind our favorite (or least favorite) games.  Well, the guys at Gaia Industries are ready to go head to head against the fans!

Beat The Developers - Street Trace: NYC

Gaia Industries, the team behind the new action-combat game Street Trace:NYC, is thrilled to introduce their new competition, “Out-Trace the Developers”, this weekend on Xbox LIVE Arcade.

Starting today, September 1st, the Gaia Industries developers will be hosting and joining Long and Medium Player Cash Tournaments under the gamertag ‘StreetTraceNYC‘.

If you win the tournament, you’ll receive a Street Trace:NYC T-Shirt, and guaranteed entrance into the Champions Tournament, where seven champions will fight, grind, and trace their way to victory for ultimate bragging rights and the coveted Street Trace:NYC Champion Trophy.

For full tournament details, visit www.streettrace.com and go to the tournaments section.

Andrew and the Gaia Industries team are giving U360 fans not one, not two but three free redeem codes to their latest Xbox Live Arcade release, Street Trace: NYC!  I had a really good time with the Gaia boys during the Penny Arcade Expo.  They’re New York rock stars and don’t even know it.

Street Trace: NYC

I’m going to get some game time on this title in the next few days so this is a good chance for 3 of you to join in.  I’ll be sure to review this as well for the crowd.  Save yourself 800 Microsoft Points and read below.

What do I do to score?

Send a message to me via Xbox Live or Xbox.com or email saying “Street Trace”.  I’ll pick the three this weekend and announce it on Episode #46.

Yes, it’s Monday again but at least this Monday Morning Scripted is a sort of countdown type of Monday.  I’ll be packing and plotting and sizing up my last minute Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) details.  I hope I don’t forget my toothpaste or something which would make the event less than stellar for those around me.

I’m hoping to have a lot of fun things to share with everyone in the coming days so stay tuned to see just what that will be.  Episode #45 is up and has a few surprises inside.  Those of you who haven’t listened, missed out on a redeem code for the Xbox Live Arcade title, Marathon: Durandal.  Congratulations to the winner!  You listened pretty quickly.

Street Trace: NYC

This week Gaia Industries finally get their highly anticipated title, Street Trace: NYC onto the Xbox Live Arcade.  It’ll be released this Wednesday for 800 Microsoft Points.  I’m excited for the team and the release of this game.  Gaia Industries were the first developers to rock out on U360 Live.  They have some pretty interesting things planned for Street Trace.  Look for details here on U360 soon.

I missed a new trailer for Heroes Season 2 last night and I was pretty upset.  I did get a glimpse of my favorite character so that was enough I suppose.  The new season of Heroes starts on September 24.  Heroes Season One releases this month on DVD and HD DVD!  It’s a 7-disc set that features some never-before-seen footage of the pilot episode.  Yep, I’m stoked!

Well, enjoy the week guys and girls.  I have some things to get ready for.

Unscripted 360 is bringing community interaction in an exciting way!  During the debut of U360 TV Live!, you heard about developer interaction and now it’s here.  The guys at Gaia Inudstries have stepped up to bring you live news and feedback on their upcoming Xbox Live Arcade title, Street Trace: NYC!  Want to know when it’s coming?  What is it like developing Street Trace?  What does it take to bring a title to the Xbox Live Arcade?  Forget the Q&A and get on the fast track to live interaction!
