For all of you F.E.A.R. fans out there still enjoying the game, prepare to extend its life once more soon as Sierra prepares to unload F.E.A.R. Files soon featuring the all-new F.E.A.R. Sierra Entertainment sent word today that TimeShift will be bending time on the Xbox 360 soon.  It’ll be available on October 30th which just so happens to be the day before my birthday.  Yes, I’m taking gifts of time bending flavor.  The PS3 version will follow sometime in December.  There’s also a pre-order campaign being rolled out at select retailers that includes an exclusive multiplayer character in the game for pre-ordering.

Also revealed was the final box art for TimeShift.  (much better than the earlier box art shown here at U360)  As you all should know, I’m a fan of good box art.  You can check out the latest TimeShift trailer at U360’s Veoh Channel.

More holes, more fun, more minigolf mania!  Sierra Online has released 3D Ultra Minigolf Adventures: Lost Island Expansion, the first expansion for its top Xbox Live Arcade game 3D Ultra Minigolf Adventures.   Lost Island Expansion features 18 additional holes set in a tropical Lost Island paradise.  Players will have to master several obstacles to make it through the course including hitting the ball into a giant clam to score a hole-in-one and swinging past an anaconda to avoid its venomous snap trap.

I know it’s a ways off but I’m a big fan of Bourne and to get a chance to play the character is excellent.  Sierra Entertainment is bringing Robert Ludlum’s The Bourne Conspiracy to the Xbox 360.  I just hope this game doesn’t suffer the same fate as all movie-to-game adaptations often do.

Being developed by High Moon Studios, one of Sierra’s internal developers, the game combines seminal moments from the best-selling novel and hit film The Bourne Identity with all-new content developed in conjunction with Ludlum Entertainment. Robert Ludlum’s The Bourne Conspiracy makes the highly anticipated jump to PLAYSTATION 3 computer entertainment system and Microsoft’s Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system in summer 2008.

“This videogame represents an entirely new way to expand on the prolific storytelling of Robert Ludlum” said Jeffrey Weiner, the Executor of the Ludlum Estate and CEO of Ludlum Entertainment.  “By allowing the game to explore new story elements, we have allowed this property to take on a life of its own, going beyond the books and movies.”  More details about this game can be found in the next issue of OXM as well as this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo E3.

After releasing a pretty intense trailer for the game yesterday, Sierra is back with the official box art for the game.  It’s rather simple but simple packaging usually leads to a kick ass game right?

Sierra released a new trailer to their upcoming title, TimeShift.  It isn’t gameplay but if what is displayed in the trailer translates to the actual game, then I’m sold!

“Saber Interactive’s proprietary Saber3D engine elevates the first-person action genre by melding an epic single-player storyline and mind-blowing multiplayer scenarios with the ability to control time,” said Peter Della Penna, EVP of Worldwide Studios for Vivendi Games. “The ability to alter the game’s ‘time-scape’ results in a fundamentally new gameplay dynamic and intensity.”
