The turkey holiday is over and it’s back to a normal work week for me.  Welcome to a dry Monday Morning Scripted.  I had a great time on Saturday’s live show. Congratulations to the winners of the 5IVE Later portion of the Holiday Special Giveaway.  I hope everyone’s enjoying a bit of Ogre today.

The last nip tuck procedure is complete and you’ll notice the color selector at the top of the site now.  If you haven’t checked the articles from this weekend, I posted details on how to choose your style of U360!  So far, all the feedback has been excellent.  I’m glad you guys are enjoying the addition.

I played some Kane & Lynch this weekend and some Mass Effect.  Both are pretty good games.  Despite what you’ve heard about K&L, it really is good.  You’ll get to read what I thought this week in my review.  I should have the Mass Effect one up sometime next week.  I made my first use of the Video Marketplace this weekend and I have to say the download times were depressing.  It was rainy and cold and I didn’t want to go to Blockbuster so I figured I’d make use of it.  I wanted to enjoy some Clooney and Pitt but it took nearly 12 hours so I ended up watching it the next day when the download was done.

I’m so ready for Heroes tonight and the Dallas Cowboys game this Thursday.  It’s going to be so friggin awesome!  Enjoy the week ladies and gents.  You know where you’ll find me.

Happy Monday!  This week should be the most weight gaining week ever for a lot of us right?  It’s Thanksgiving Day this Thursday for most of us and I plan to feed on massive amounts of turkey, pie, dressing and more turkey.  The only part of it that sucks is that I only get one day off this week.  However, I’ll make the most of it with a little planned party to share with you all on Friday.  It should be fun.

I saw Beowulf this weekend and I thought it was pretty good.  I wanted more action I suppose but in the end it was a nice film with a decent message.  Don’t sleep with women who are really lizard creatures.  That always gets me too so I can’t really blame those who do.  Lizard women creatures are surprisingly addictive this time of year.

What’s with easy Achievements?  The new Avatar game is supposedly giving up 1000 gamerscore in a mere 2 minutes.  All gamerscore freaks will head out to rent this game immediately I imagine.  Let’s see how many U360 peeps are sporting this game on their gamer cards soon.

Down go the New York football Giants!  It’s another Monday after a fantastic weekend filled with an exciting live show this past Saturday and Dallas Cowboys victory yesterday.  There are quite a few people who had to purchase a Cowboys picture pack after last night’s game.  These Gamer Pic NFL wars have been good to me and not so good to others.  Up next for my Boys are the Washington Deadskins. 

Big shout to U360 community member SpeedracerCJR for making it possible for me to get a taste of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.  I can tell that I’m going to love this game.  The opening sequence had me on the edge of my seat and that’s what I like most in a game.  Visually it was as close to art as I could imagine.  Kudos to Infinity Ward!

I also had a chance to play some Scene It? with my family.  It was just as I expected.  The fun was crazy with the Big Button Pads and trivia.  I dominated both rounds naturally as I am the king of movies.  I have a write up and review coming this weekend on the game so stay tuned for that.

I didn’t get to see any movies this weekend although I did rent Chuck & Larry.  The only good part I thought was Jessica Biel and her scene after the rain.  I could watch that scene a thousand times!  At any rate, have fun this week and I’ll get with you in the community!

There were plenty of losers in yesterday’s NFL Gamerpic War as the Dallas Cowboys put the beat down on the Eagles.  I’ve already verified a couple who followed through and had to purchase the Cowboys picture pack.  I should partner up with EA Sports on this since.

Heroes should be good tonight with “another” look into the future.  Seems like they’re following the same format as last season with this kind of episode when it’s not really reality if they can stop whatever it is.  I’m not sure what to think but I’ll be watching tonight.

Monday’s are so nice after a Dallas Cowboys win even when in the midst of a stupid cold front!  Yep, it’s cold and rainy here in Dallas and my umbrella couldn’t stand up to the winds so I had to make a mad dash into work holding it instead of being protected by it. 

I wanted to send a HUGE thanks to everyone who tuned in and called in to the live show on Saturday.  U360 Live continues to be featured on Blog Talk Radio as one of the hottest shows.  It’s because of all of you!  The show went great and the after party chat was even better.  I had a few surprises for the community and it made for a very fun time.  Congrats to UNSCleric (again), Bloody Baroness, IRISHprik411 and Lady_F for scoring some awesome games and prizes!  Winners got a host of things from Every Extend Extra Extreme to wireless controllers to Halo 3 to Mass Effect t-shirts, the goodies were rollin’.

There’s something about the Monday following a Dallas Cowboys’ win.  I just seem to enjoy them so much more than a typical Monday.  For the first four weeks I haven’t had to change my Gamerpic at all.  I don’t anticipate any Buffalo Bills fans but if you’re out there, send me a message and man up! 

Has anyone else noticed the demo explosion in the Xbox Live Marketplace?  Jericho, NBA 2K8, Thrillville: Off the Rails, NHL 2K8, PES  2008 are all out there.  I tried Jericho and I thought it was pretty cool.  I liked the creepy atmosphere a lot but I’m not sold on the squad element or the weapons at this point.

Unscripted Nights this past Friday went amazingly well.  I had a blast with Halo 3 and the U360 community.  We even took a picture to capture the moment.  Check us all out pimpin’ on the Elephant.  I even created the 7 Second Wars from all the fun we had.

Get ready to write this down.  You ready?  Ok.  This Monday might be the best Monday is the history of Mondays.  Why?  Because it’s the Heroes season debut and the Halo 3 Launch Party on the same day!  H’squared if you want to call it that.  Heroes and Halo.  It’s a match that makes this one of my all-time favorite Mondays.

I haven’t even mentioned that my Dallas Cowboys won today forcing more gamers to display a Dallas Cowboys gamerpic.  These Gamerpic NFL Wars are easy!  But seeing the Cowboys destroy the Bears makes this the most uber Monday in history.  I have Heroes set to TiVo because I’ll be at the Halo 3 event but as soon as it’s over, I’ll be home watching the commercial free season debut.

This is probably the best Monday ever because it’s the last Monday I’ll have to endure before Heroes returns with its second season!  September 24 will be a day filled with Halo 3 fun in the afternoon and Heroes Season 2 debut watching in the late night.  What happens to Peter and Nathan Petrelli?  Who are the new Heroes?  Will Hiro time travel out of the past?

I plan on making the rounds this morning to look up all the Gamercards of those who bet me in the Gamerpic NFL Wars.  All of you Miami Dolphins fans should be sporting a fresh, new Dallas Cowboys gamerpic today after the 37 - 20 loss.  Up next are the fiesty Chicago Bears and that defense.  If you’re up for the Gamerpic NFL Wars, let me know.

It’s Monday and I’m excited about a Dallas Cowboys opening day win!  I’m also recovering from a horrible Britney Spears performance at MTV’s VMA show last night.  Oh how far the pop princess has fallen.  I think Kanye West was right in that they should’ve let him open the show because on top of forgetting the words to her own song, she looked terrible. 

Oh well, at least I got some goodies from Rihanna and Alicia Keys so I’m happy.  How ’bout those Cowboys though!  I suppose you can’t take too much away from the game considering the defense was terrible but hey, a win is a win. 

I didn’t get to game much this weekend beyond a little fun at the EA Sports event.  I tried Blue Dragon for the first time and was really impressed.  It might be the first turn-based RPG that I’ve liked in a long time.  The jury is still out though.  How did everyone enjoy the Xbox Live down time?

Let’s get started on the week!  I’m really excited to be back on a normal schedule because it’s been pretty hectic lately.  Did I mention that I’ve begun my countdown to September 24?  No, it has nothing to do with a certain Spartan.  It’s the return of Heroes!!

Yes, it’s Monday again but at least this Monday Morning Scripted is a sort of countdown type of Monday.  I’ll be packing and plotting and sizing up my last minute Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) details.  I hope I don’t forget my toothpaste or something which would make the event less than stellar for those around me.

I’m hoping to have a lot of fun things to share with everyone in the coming days so stay tuned to see just what that will be.  Episode #45 is up and has a few surprises inside.  Those of you who haven’t listened, missed out on a redeem code for the Xbox Live Arcade title, Marathon: Durandal.  Congratulations to the winner!  You listened pretty quickly.

This week Gaia Industries finally get their highly anticipated title, Street Trace: NYC onto the Xbox Live Arcade.  It’ll be released this Wednesday for 800 Microsoft Points.  I’m excited for the team and the release of this game.  Gaia Industries were the first developers to rock out on U360 Live.  They have some pretty interesting things planned for Street Trace.  Look for details here on U360 soon.

I missed a new trailer for Heroes Season 2 last night and I was pretty upset.  I did get a glimpse of my favorite character so that was enough I suppose.  The new season of Heroes starts on September 24.  Heroes Season One releases this month on DVD and HD DVD!  It’s a 7-disc set that features some never-before-seen footage of the pilot episode.  Yep, I’m stoked!
