For all of you F.E.A.R. fans out there still enjoying the game, prepare to extend its life once more soon as Sierra prepares to unload F.E.A.R. Files soon featuring the all-new F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate campaign, as well as the first expansion F.E.A.R. Extraction Point. This is set to be available Fall 2007.
I have a video to share with footage of the new expansion pack. PC owners can also rejoice as F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate, the second and stand-alone expansion for PC, is coming as well. It offers both seasoned gamers and those who have never played F.E.A.R. the ability to jump-in and experience the fright with a brand new team in an all-new experience.

Monolith has an interesting contest floating around the interweb called Name Your Fear. Do you think you can name the sequel to F.E.A.R.? If you do, then this is the contest for you. Name submissions are currently being taken and will run until June 22 so if you’re up for it, make sure you get your sequel name in. You could win an appearance in the game as well as the title no doubt. (even though it doesn’t mention that) Make sure you read up on the name guidelines so you’re not submitting something that will be immediately disqualified.
