I watched 3 of the 4 presidential and vice presidential debates on Xbox LIVE for 30 minutes or more each, when will I receive my Halo 4 Warrior Armor for my Avatar?

so I started watching about 8pm PST. all I see are 2 empty stands and a bunch of people in the crowd talking. Will it replay or do I just need to watch 30 minutes of this feed?
Have to work these nights and can’t be home to watch them as a live broadcast.
