Borderlands 2 Season Pass, 2400 Microsoft Points
I love me some Borderlands. I’m actually getting the Ultimate Loot Chest Edition of Borderlands 2. Now 2K Games is hoping that I’ll want to secure my access to four new DLC campaigns with the Borderlands 2 Season Pass. These four add-on content campaigns will each feature several hours of gameplay and introduce new adventures, allies, enemies and environments.
The Borderlands 2 Season Pass includes $39.96 of add-on content and will be available for $29.99 (PlayStation®Network) / 2400 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE) / $29.99 (PC). Once purchased, the Borderlands 2 Season Pass enables gamers to download all of the announced add-on content campaigns for free as they become available on the PlayStation®Network, Xbox LIVE and PC. All four add-on content campaigns are scheduled to be available by June 2013.
You can purchase the Season Pass on September 18th when the game launches. For those wondering, it does not include the Mechromancer character class. That fifth character class is only available if you pre-order the game or if you buy it separately later.

If I can be honest here for a minute, this Season Pass not being included in the Ultimate Look Edition pisses me off. I guess that’s how the industry is though so we might as well suck it up.
Who’s in on the Season Pass?

I can’t wait on a game like this… So fun and you need a lot of time to level everyone up. If I waited for a GotY, I wouldn’t play much because Next Gen will be here by then.
I will just buy both versions to give Gearbox my support.

This is one of them day one games for me so I may end up with the season pass. I tend to wait for GotY versions now also btw, when you play a lot of games dlc adds up.

Wow, it’s like the Truth Serum Mike’s Rage up in here… I remember talking about how publishers are training gamers to wait on GotY editions. Looks like it has came true.
