Resident Evil 6, RE.net features

Capcom is trying to keep you engaged in Resident Evil 6 in some unique ways. ResidentEvil.Net will be your home for comprehensive stat tracking so that you know how many enemies you’ve killed, weapons used etc. You can even link it with social media so that your friends are up to date as well.

There will also be points available to use as in-game currency for costume purchases and other items. Here’s a trailer to highlight the features of RE.net. It’ll be available for free on October 2nd when the game launches.

SugarRy : By the way, I agree with you on game prices Deac. Especially if they will restrict usage on consoles and gamertags. No reason for them to charge such high prices since they will make more money now locking it down. If they dont get boycotted that is. lol

SugarRy : Well, I got some info from Greenberg but he skirted most. Just going to have to wait and see how they address this concern. If it ends up tied to one console then I wont buy. I have a feeling to use multiple consoles the same house with multiple users it will be tied to the cloud and you must be online. That will suck, but better then not allowing games on multiple consoles and gamertags.

SugarRy : MS marketing irritates me. This greenberg guy is so vague. He is asked my specific question but skirts it with vague answers and switches to the Cloud. How are you about 5 months from launch and have no response to one of the main questions that is being asked. I hope they provide details soon cause I am getting really turned off. Hope E3 answers a lot of this.
DeaconBlade : the only thing they said was NO, you won't be charged or they won't have to pay to play the same game in your household on multiple consoles

SugarRy : So you saying that If i buy COD Ghosts, install in on my main xbox, but my son or wife wants to play on their xbox he wont have to pay? Only I can play it on the other consoles is what I am reading. Listening to greenberg now.
DeaconBlade : after the reveal i got some information clarified .. Aaron Greenberg personally answered my question about the install thing
DeaconBlade : but everyone in your household will have access to your games still .. just not sure how they're gonna work that now that the damn discs are irrelevant
DeaconBlade : now if you want to play the game together versus each other online then obviously as it exists now you'll need two copies
DeaconBlade : i cleared it up in the response but basically you won't be charged to play that game on other consoles in your house

SugarRy : TX, I have 3 360's in my current house. And if you want to use the TV features of the Xbox One you would need one at every TV. Not every household has only one gamer. I have 4 in mine and we all play different games at different times. So this has a huge impact on me.
SugarRy : Now if there is a way to tie a game I buy to my family account and it can be played by anyone on my family account on any console then I have no issues. Making me use all my games from one console is ridiculous. Hopefully Sony does not do this as well.
SugarRy : LOL @ Deac. I missed that. I am probably going PS4 depending on what is clarified for it. I have multiple games in my house on multiple consoles. If its true that they can only play it if on the same hardware that is a show stopper for me. I am not buying multiple copies of the game for the different consoles in the same house. That is stupid.
EYEGotcha : I listened to an interview with Aaron Greenberg from Microsoft over on GamerTag Radio and he promises that gamers can look forward to games,games,game s at E3! Deacon and I will be front row in 2 weeks at the Microsoft press conference. WOOO!
