The next generation of Xbox is about to begin
Are you ready to witness what the next, next generation has? It’s a curious question isn’t it? It’s also a very valid question considering the fact that we’ll likely see the first glimpse of the successor to the Xbox 360 next year during E3 2013. The better question is probably whether or not you’ve reached the end of your Xbox 360 enjoyment? I happen to think that the notion of that is absurd. There are quite literally hundreds of games that I personally have yet to even try on the Xbox 360. I’m sure that the majority of you have not played every title in its stable. I’m not saying they’re all good games but there are a ton still left to play and enjoy. Argos provide a range of Video Games that you can still explore and thus extend your gaming library.

With the Summer of Arcade there are even more options incoming. Halo 4, Borderlands 2, Black Ops 2, BioShock Infinite, Medal of Honor Warfighter and a range of games are still yet to release so the Xbox 360 has plenty of gas left in the tank don’t you think? And of course for those of you who still haven’t gotten on Microsoft’s ecosystem, you can click here to buy an Xbox. I don’t have that many friends who don’t own an Xbox but you never know. Some of my more fortunate friends even have an Xbox 360 and PS3 but that’s another subject.
I haven’t even mentioned Kinect and the number of fun family games it offers. If you have a Kinect, there are even more games to cycle through before calling it quits.
Where does your Xbox 360 meter point to? Is it at the end and you’re itching for the next generation to begin? Or is it like mine and it’s barely registering half way with plenty of games still left to play?

Agree there still alot of great games coming, but you can tell the 360 has maxed out if you ask me. But still enough stuff for another year though

There is really only one interest for me at the moment… Using my xbox to play voxel indie games and streaming media from my PC. Also teaching my kids how to program and publish to the xbox has become one of the uses for my family.

i have tons and tons and tons of games left to play. honestly i think this is the first time i wont upgrade consoles right away unless it has some amazing improvement which i dont see. im planning on getting the halo 4 xbox and keeping that for a long time unless, like i said, the new one has something that justifies an upgrade

Personally I have not been able to get a Kinect because of financial reasons. Lately I have been really felt that I need one…haha so maybe I will just wait and get one of them now and the upgrade the other XBOX to the next gen…hmmm….

I’m a person that buys a ton of games, and I have games in my possession that haven’t even been in my console yet. And I still have a list of games I want to get. So for me I’m not ready for the next generation, especially since they’re saying it’s not going to be backwards compatible. Now, if they change that feature, and it does play 360 games, I’ll be camped out at my local Bestbuy…lol

With you on last Crazed backwards compatiable would be an automatic buy

I don’t have a problem with the current generation of games. I even have older games that I still play once in a while. I just don’t know what else can be done to gaming to make it evolve? Virtual reality maybe?

that would be a terrible decision if it’s not backwards with the 360 .. but yeah Crazed i have a ton that haven’t hit my console too lol

virtual reality? we’re already living it lol

I am fine with it and would buy it at launch as long as its backwards compatible with my current games. Who am I kidding. I would buy it even if it wasn’t, but I will keep my 360. Still have plenty of games to play on it. Agree with Deac that it would be a horrible decision if its not backwards compatible.
