Boys and girls … I have something cool for you to help with and participate in.  One of my really good gaming friends, Kitty, passed on some information about the FLAG tournament.  It’s in its sixth year and it should be something all Halo fans get behind.

6th Annual Fight Like a Girl Halo Charity Tournament

FLAG tournament founders Kari Toyama and Tasha Pettengill are excited to announce the 6th annual FLAG tournament to benefit breast cancer.  This year’s tournament will be held on Xbox LIVE in Halo: Reach, October 21st – October 23rd.  In 2010 the community raised over $7,000 to benefit charity and this year we need your help to raise the bar

Registration is now open at http://www.flagtournament.com.

There is a $10 per person, per event entry donation. 100% of the donations go towards the fight against
breast cancer.

$10 per person for FFA Slayer

$20 per team for 2v2 Slayer
$40 per team for 4v4 Team
$40 per team for Team Firefight Score Attack

About FLAG
The Fight Like A Girl Tournament (FLAG) is an annual Halo tournament that raises money and awareness for breast cancer awareness.  Every year, hundreds of gamers come together one weekend in October to have fun, play some games, and donate to our cause.

Organizers Kari Toyama and Tasha Pettengill have organized this tournament since 2006. To date, FLAG has raised over $22,000 for breast and cervical cancer research.
