320GB hard drive with Lego Star Wars III
The folks at Microsoft just announced a 320 Gig hard drive for the Xbox 360 S model console that will come bundled with LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. If you’re in need of more space for some strange reason, then you can have this for $129.99 at your local store. They didn’t announce any release date so I don’t have a day to mark your calendar for.

Again, it will not be compatible with older generation Xbox 360 consoles.

I just saw this on Gizmodo. I heard that the Xbox Update in November will allow cloud storage so is there a need to upgrade to a larger hard drive?

yes there is. the cloud storage is basically only for game saves. now if you don’t store anything else but saves then sure but if you install games, XBLA titles etc.. you need a hard drive.

Awesome. Thanks for pointing that out. I was wondering what I could save on the cloud. So I am assuming that game DLCs have to be saved to the hard drive.

yep DLC has to be saved on the hard drive.
