Rage, Jackal Canyon: Recover the Decrypter gameplay

Bethesda and id Software just released the sixth and final RAGE gameplay video – ‘Jackal Canyon: Recover the Decrypter’.  In this video, the Resistance has heard rumors of an Ark surfacing in Jackal Valley, and they need you to search the site for a valuable data decrypter. Finding it won’t be easy as the valley is home to one of the Wastelands most brutal factions, the savage Jackal Clan.

I’m ready for this game dammit!  I have to be honest I didn’t have much faith in this game but after playing it at PAX, that faith has skyrocketed.  It wouldn’t surprise me in the least to see this game win a host of Game of the Year awards.

Pay it forward!

Man! That game looks nice! So many decisions to make with these October games.

Too back the game turned out to, while fun… basically suck. It’s a mindless clone of other great games in the past couple of years…. While “entertaining,” it’s just a dopey, linear, restrictive, child game that does NOTHING to advance the genre. But, hey, look who’s laughing… not me.. but them.. all the way to the bank. Thank you, GameFly!
