Will Blizzard bring Diablo 3 to the Xbox 360?
I’m a huge Diablo fan so any version of the game on consoles I’d literally cut off someone’s finger for it. Of course I wouldn’t cut my own off! Remember the hiring ad from Blizzard for a PS3 version of Diablo 3? Wouldn’t you love an Xbox 360 version?
I’ve been closely monitoring the status of all things Diablo III. Okay, well not that closely but I’m interested in the beta and the release. So it got me to thinking about the Xbox 360 version since we’re likely going to get a PS3 version. Could it be done on 360? Or is Blizzard waiting for the next console in the life of Xbox to ship?

Think about this… Console versions combined would sell more than the PC, so it’s a no brainer. I say of course there will be a console version of Diablo 3, and after Blizzard sees the sales of the console versions, they will never look back to doing PC only games ever again.

Well, today stories came out about Diablo III’s auction house and Blizzard commented how they want the auction house on consoles as well. http://ps3.ign.com/articles/118/1185033p1.html
I don’t think they’d make comments like that if it wasn’t coming in some form and with the Xbox architecture being so similar to PC, I’m sure there’s no need to hire a bunch of people to do that version. I’m sure we’re only heard about the PS3 hirings because it’s such a different beast to develop for.

WHOA! Interesting! I had no idea you liked diablo! A console version would be interesting but I don’t think that it will happen anytime soon maybe a year after the release date.
P.S. I’ve been closely following the development of this game

I’m really hoping it comes for the Xbox 360, I’m kinda new to the diablo games, but it look extremely awesome! I personally think that blizzard would be stupid not to put it on difrent game consoles! I’m a very hardcore gamer myself, but most new games require better graphics cards than I have (It sucks because I actually have a decent graphics card that supports direct X 11, but most things don’t support the card -.-) so I normally just get games for my Xbox if i can’t use it on my laptop, so that’s probably the main reason i want it on the Xbox. (Anyone know if a Nvidia GeForce 8800 series card or a ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro card will fit in a Satellite C655 laptop? As that’s the minimum for most games)
