Want to play the Gears of War 3 beta?
Happy Monday! I’m sure you’re all consumed with news about Osama Bin Laden being killed so I’ll try to be brief. If you’ve been wanting to play the Gears of War 3 beta and you don’t want to drop the $5 down for a pre-order, then I have a way for you to do it.
Epic Games doesn’t want current beta players to play alone so they’re giving all of us some codes to give out to our friends. I’ll have at least two codes and I plan to offer them up next week on May 8th. That’s when the email says they’ll deliver the codes so we’ll see.
There’s a total of 5 codes available to each beta player depending on if they all do a variety of things to get them. One thing is to buy some Gears stuff from the Marketplace (which I just did to secure my second code). So hey, be here next week to get a Gears of War 3 beta code!
