New Vegas DLC, “Dead Money” on December 21
Bethesda Softworks just put out some details on the Xbox 360 exclusive downloadable content for Fallout: New Vegas.
“We’re pleased to give fans a chance to expand their experience in Fallout: New Vegas this December with Dead Money,” said Pete Hines, VP of PR and Marketing for Bethesda Softworks. “The release of Dead Money illustrates our commitment to creating entertaining add-on content for players to enjoy in already massive games like Fallout: New Vegas.”
As the victim of a raw deal you must work alongside three other captured wastelanders to recover the legendary treasure of the Sierra Madre Casino. In Dead Money, your life hangs in the balance as you face new terrain, foes, and choices. It is up to you how you play your cards in the quest to survive.
It’ll set you back 800 Microsoft Points so start mowing some virtual lawns before it hits.

I really want this game, hoping there is a good Black Friday sale for it somewhere near me.

According to this site Fallout New Vegas will be only 39.99 on black friday as well as a bunch of other games at even better deals.

Fallout needs to be $20 before I pick it up LOL
November 17th, 2010 at 2:25 pm
BPD, always going cheap lol. Your going to be waiting while without something to supplement the normal discount to get the price to $20. Good luck on your search though.

Fallout: NV @ $40 is a pretty good deal guys
November 17th, 2010 at 5:48 pm
yeah i am definitely gonna go for that 40 dollar deal.
November 17th, 2010 at 6:12 pm
Ya, $40 is a steal for a game with that much playtime. Looking forward to picking it up.
November 17th, 2010 at 6:48 pm
For a second there, I thought you were saying it was doing the THQ $40 thing. But then I scrolled up and saw your Black Friday post lol

@Nan, I could see how my comment could have easily been viewed differently. Now that I read it again I almost confused myself.

BPD has plenty to play outside of this, I think i may run a contest to guess how many unopened games he has…but back on topic no way this game could fail for such a low price..told my wife she WILL be buying it for an x-mas present for me, or she will get it wrapped up for her

By the way if you havent played any of bethesda’s DLC’s, the 800 points or 10 bux ended up turning into probably at least 8-12 hours of content every time and some with more. So for ten bux you basically add more gameplay than a full release title…YAY BETHESDA PUBS

I read a Black Friday article yesterday and the Fall New Vegas game is supposedly on sale at gamestop on black friday as well for $39.99. I think this will be my one purchase this Friday. Need me a good 30+ hour game to compliment Black Ops.
