Castlevania: Lords of Shadows demo
I’ve been looking at this game for a while now and I’m happy to announce that Castlevania: Lords of Shadows has a demo up for you to try in the Marketplace. The demo is a ridiculous 2GB in size so for all of you Arcade owners, be sure you have enough space.
Left as a foundling at the gates of the Brotherhood of Light convent they named him Gabriel and raised him as their own. Over the years he developed an unprecedented mastery of the fighting arts. Prone to dark moods he was deeply affected by the death of his one true love, Marie. He has now embarked on a quest at the request of the Elders of the Brotherhood to discover why the World is in chaos and within him lies a burning desire for revenge on those who took his beloved.
It looks like they’ve done a really good job bringing the series back to the forefront for this generation.

This demo sucked, NOT! My copy should be hear tomorrow thanks to a whole bunch of Amazon credit, can’t wait to haz.

It’s a good Japanese game *Rare I know* However it has frame rate issues that tends to bother many people… Hope for a patch.

Ok, so I played it and this demo was pretty good. Overall I enjoyed it but it definitely needs some polishing for sure.

No you didn’t DB! XD It’s been great so far and the only time I noticed the frame rate dip was during the horse part while knifing the shit out of the wolves. Hopefully they address the issue before I get to a part where it really shows.
