Power Gig: Rise of the SixString full track list
The battle for music supremacy in your console living rooms continues folks with Seven45 Studios’ Power Gig: Rise of the SixString. (they’re in Boston so someone should be excited) Adding to previously-announced music industry superstars Eric Clapton, Dave Matthews Band and Kid Rock, Seven45 Studios reveals the entire track list for Power Gig: Rise of the SixString today.

“We wanted our song list to be diverse and appealing to gamers and families of all ages, represented with a great mix of both musical icons and up-and-coming artists,” said Seven45 Studios Chairman and CEO, Bernard Chiu. “Many of these songs have been massive hits and are familiar to fans of rock music, which reflects the pick-up-and-play nature of Power Gig: Rise of the SixString.”
It’ll be interesting to see how people react to playing with real strings.

I have actually been looking forward to this game since news on it broke. I will be picking it up and giving it a try more than likely. I have been learning how to play the guitar on and off so this should be fun. Bored with Rock Band and Guitar Hero as they just screw you up when you go back to a real guitar.

Hmm, never heard of this until now. I did some research and it sounds interesting. The controller is actually a functioning guitar that you can plug into an amp.
Guitar + the game costs $180. Seems like a good deal if it’s any good.

I don’t care what everyone else thinks , as a guitar player myself I picked it up and started on Master , ( second to hardest level ) and the riffs are fun as hell . On the hardest level you need to actually play all the right strings and stuff too… Mucho fun !
