If you simply can’t wait to dig into Capcom’s Dead Rising 2 next month and you need your Dead Rising fix right now, then I think you’ll like the latest Xbox Live Arcade release.  Dead Rising 2: Case Zero is set two years after the Willamette incident and three years before Dead Rising 2.  It introduces main protagonist and former motocross champion Chuck Greene providing a link between the original game and the events that await players in the gambling paradise of Fortune City.

    EPIC, i bought it this morning but only got 20 minutes or so in before i had to go into work. but its sick so far! weapon combos are badass!! and at 400msp you have to ask yourself why you havent gone and downloaded it yet!

    four endings, thousands of zombies, 200 gamerscore and only 5 spacebux? just watched some of the quick look on Giant Bomb and Im DL’ing this for sure now !!!!

    Nah, I disagree, why would it be part of Dead Rising 2? It takes place two or three years before. It’s a good little playable prequel. Definitely worth $5, I loved every minute again.

    lawl, its a prequel.. it doesnt have anything to do with the main story in DR2.. i mean c’mon it takes place 3 years before the events of DR2. its an XBLA game NOT a demo of DR2. in fact, you can actually download a DEMO of Case Zero. so tired of people whining about this..
