Danger gets her groove on with Dance Central
Here are some of the video clips I promised on the show this past Saturday.
Kinect was a blast! As soon as we walked in, my youngest (6 years) commandeered the nearest Xbox to obtain her first impressions of Kinect. She started with Kinect Sports bowling, then got the stadium hyped doing the wave and moved onto Hurdles for the racing option of the game. After she had her share of sports, she decided to get her dance on and truly enjoyed Dance Central. I was impressed and pleased at how easy it was for her to literally jump into the game.
San Diego Comic Con is super huge and crazy. I was able to get into a panel for Nickelodeon’s Penguins of Madagascar and the new upcoming Kung Fu Panda series. As we watch the shows on TV, it is easy to forget how much work goes into the finished product. While watching the Penguins of Madagascar table read, I was reminded that real people play the toons we grow to love. I am also looking forward to the new Kung Fu Panda series, since I did enjoy the movie. It seems as though it will have the same fun quirkiness that was in the film. Over-all, Nickelodeon scored high with the attending kids.
Go check out the short vids for yourselves. Enjoy!

Nice footage Dangerdoll! From what I’ve seen, the Kinect looked very responsive but I’ll have to experience it for myself when the XBOX tour comes to Dallas.
