Deal of the Week, save some pennies (and points)

For those of you who don’t know, Microsoft introduced Deal of the Week a little while ago to highlight a lot of great savings on Xbox LIVE Arcade titles and more.  I’ve seen some great deals for DLC that I passed up on when it initially launched and I’ve seen great deals on XBLA titles.  If you’re like me, then you’re all about saving as much as you can.  Who doesn’t want to save 50% off of a title that was overpriced to begin with?

Current Deal of the Week

	Mega Man 10 Try the classic 2-D game with retro platforming action, now 50% off for Gold members.
	After Burner Climax Jump in the cockpit for fast and frantic fighter plane action, now half price for Gold members.
	Scrap Metal Drift around corners with guns blazing in the fast-paced racing game, 1/3 off for Gold.
	Death by Cube Gold members get half off this exhilarating action game where you take out hordes of enemies.

You can check out the current line-up for this week above.  I’ll try to keep you updated on more Deals of the Week as they are announced or if I just run across some great deals out there.

   I hope this is a weekly item here at U360. Showcasing the Deals of the week is a good idea IMO.

   I bought Mega Man.
   I heard After Burner is done in 15 minutes?! Can anyone confirm? LOL

   Didn’t really care for the other ones, and I heard Death by Cube is pretty bad.

   BTW, I wanted to pick up After Burner as well but I heard the same thing as well BPD, so I am interested if it is true. Played a ton of After Burner as a kid and loved it.

   Afterburner in the arcade was awesome. I think I had it for the Genesis?????

   Wasn’t that the game John Connor was playing in Terminator 2? LOL
