Get jiggy with Natal or look seriously stupid?
Dear Microsoft,
My name is Deacon and I am a huge fan of the Xbox 360. I run a website called Unscripted 360 and I’m fortunate enough to have a community that listens to what I say about your system and products. With that said, I must say to you that if you intend on making your latest venture, Project Natal, a success then I really really really encourage you to keep it out of the hands of people who make it look like something only seriously high people will enjoy.

It is seriously going to be interesting at E3 next week. But with all due respect Microsoft you really need to bring Natal and put it in the hands of real gamers and not people who simply report on it. They’ll continue to make Natal look as stupid as this video. Real gamers are hoping it won’t be but if you continue to avoid them and only share your goodies with people who can’t possibly fathom using controllers much less their own bodies for gaming, your Natal will be the butt of many jokes.
I see plenty of exercise games and dance games in your future. This will erase the boundaries between “real” exercise and video games. If you think Wii Sports was effective, wait until you play Natal Sports. 24-Hour Fitness gyms beware!

I think Microsoft should issue a takedown notice for this video. One of the most embarrassing things I’ve ever seen.
When most of us pick up Natal, I wonder how many of our guests will end up looking like this? I may have to escort them off my premises if this ever happens!

LOL! I think it’s more of the people they chose to do this than what Natal is all about. Those people looked as though they didn’t have a clue as to what they were doing. I can see parents and kids running into each other when playing this.
But I’m curious as to what games they have for real gamers.

yeah, these mini-games or w/e that they’ve been showing are lame to play.. but im sure full length games that support natal will be epic. i still remember when they had burnout paradise on a natal demo.. soooo epic
