Remember that one time in Showcase camp when you read all about some of the community’s most interested gamers around these parts? That time is upon us again folks as the world famous U360 Showcases return! (medal fiends rejoice)
kilaMOMjaro, that’s unique, Tell us how you chose your Gamertag?
It’s from Halo2. When you get 7 kills in a row the voice says “Kilimanjaro!”…getting an actual Kilimanjaro achievement wasn’t easy, so it being something you dream of having and the word MOM fitting in so easily the gamertag was born. The first was kilaMOMjaro but it is a silver now. My current gold GT is kilaM0Mjaro. (there’s a zero in there)
Can you give the world a glimpse of the lady behind the Gamertag?
I’m a single mom of 5 and I have 3 granddaughters. The older two have flown the nest so the three at home keep me busy. They are 15, 13 and 9. I like to be creative. I designed and built the three houses I’ve lived in. I sew; even made my daughter’s wedding dress! (luckily she prefers simple and classic) I bake, do all kinds of art and crafting and I love to decorate for holidays.
The kids and I have loved games for as long as I remember. We love strategy games; Ticket to Ride, Settlers, Carcassonne, 5 crowns and good ‘ol Scrabble…and we still have all of our Nintendo game systems and our Atari. Of course we have our 360’s. I’m embarrassed to say how many.
Now on to a rumor, I heard you are called the fudge lady, care to tell us about it?
Well, when I first started gaming on Xbox LIVE I played with a group of ladies who are now close friends. We would try to encourage the guys in our community to give us a chance and let us play too! I offered fudge as a part of an award we gave for so many hours of letting the ladies have a chance in the game. It became really popular and my friends kept asking me to host a site for it so they could order when they had a craving.
Now there is “Fox Fudge”! I love making it and coming up with new flavors. My kids love it also with my 15 year old is my advisor for new flavors and quality control.

Very nice, haven’t seen one of these in a long time, but good choice and I love the gamertag and a big “How you doin?” from my little corner of U360. I’m gonna go check out a fudge site I heard about, supposed to be good stuff…

@x352x pH the gamer doesn’t have to be from U360 to be showcased, it can be any gamer from the xbox 360 community.
I’m glad you all like the choice for the return of the showcases, I have a few others I sent out that I am wait to hear back from
