Bad Company 2 Demo available before title release…
Well it was announced today that the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Demo will be available to the public on Feb. 4.
The game features huge multiplayer maps, 15 useable vehicles, an adverse single player campaign, 2 – 4 player coop squad based modes, and rich destructible environments.

For those of you who never played the first Bad Company, you missed out on some of the most fun ever to be had in a golf cart. Free map packs and generally a well liked game with interesting online play. I have fond memories of melting faces with an attack chopper only to drop from the sky at the hands of a guided rocket up the tailpipe.
So if you’re looking for a change from the tiny maps stuffed with 18 players available in most FPS games, why not try your hands at 24 player full scale war that takes place on some of the biggest maps in multiplayer games today?
Oh and Deac if you read this, I like XL tee shirts. You can put my BFBC2 and the 51 shirt in the box with the giveaway garb…lol

I really liked the single player of the first BFBC, but could not get into the multiplayer. I am looking forward to see if this one suits my playing style any more.

Any game that plays on EA’s servers, does not deserve anynutshell sales. That’s EA games for you in a nutshell. lol

Dang Deac, does the post office hate me or something? I didn’t ever get one of those T’s!
Anyways, I’m still a bit dissapointed that there’s no form of split screen play at all. No way to game with people over at my house online, no co-op, no nothing. That’s actually why I have never bought a BF game before. Because it only allows for 1 person a console at a time.
I mean, I loved the beta when I was in the one for the first BF, but if there was no way for me to enjoy that with friends when they’re over forget it. Shooters which only have 1 player a console just don’t cut it for me.
Nonetheless I’m going to try out the demo just for fun, I’ve always liked the game style.

Compared to the COD maps, the BF:BC maps leave you a lot of places to set up your strategy. From my own experience, only the Frontline maps were bigger.
Really looking forward for this game (still angry about the Beta being released to the Blu3 players…)
