Flashback – Oddworld Munch’s Odyssey

I figured I’d start the week off with a Flashback.  This game was way above its time with both gameplay and visuals.  Abe and Munch were an incredible pair to play.  The powers were great and the overall feel of the game impressed me very much.  I don’t know why we haven’t received a next-generation version of this game.  I want one!  We’ll never get it but wishing is fun.

The bad news is that there is no update to this game.  The good news is that you can play the original on your Xbox 360.  Yes, it’s backward compatible.

    I remember this game. It was one of the first Xbox games I played. I played the PS2 Abe all the time lol. I agree, they need to do a new Abe game, 360 style.
