Use PayPal to buy Microsoft Points, Schwing!
Hi, I’m PayPal. Hello, I’m Xbox LIVE. Let’s be best friends. I’m pretty sure that’s how the conversation went and what has given gamers a new way to pay for Microsoft Points. You can now link your PayPal account to your Xbox LIVE account for Microsoft Point purchases. I hope at some point they allow you to buy subscriptions and content via PayPal as well. This will surely help to ease the fears of those who are hesitant about linking credit cards.
I use PayPal often when I have some funds in it to avoid dipping into my credit card or bank account. To add a PayPal account to your profile, just sign in to Xbox.com and choose Manage Account > Manage Payment Options > Add PayPal Account. It’s that simple really. I don’t know if you all are big point purchasers though so this may be of now real interest to some.
This option is only available in the US for now. What say you?
