This is not a test.  This is not a trick.  And this is most definitely not Guitar Hero 5.  Seriously, this is not Guitar Hero 5.  It is Band Hero, a new entry into Activision’s crowded Guitar Hero franchise.  I suppose only until now though will gamers be able to call themselves a true band because as you can see, it’s “Band” Hero now.  Guitars are in it of course but the focus now is on the band. 

You might want to ask yourself what World Tour and Guitar Hero 5 are focusing on but I encourage you to just go with the flow.  This is Band Hero and if you fancy a little more “hero” in your gaming diet, then prepare for it.  You can check out 2 more screenshots of Band Hero in action right here.

If Activision plans on giving the world so many of these titles, the least they could do in my opinion is try to make them at least look different.  Can’t they change the character style or the highway style…or something?
