What Are You Playing?
Monday is almost over and I realized there needed to be something here today. I’ve been sidetracked with Operation Massive Collaboration. (tell you more about that in due time) So here we are with a host of great games to play on the Xbox 360 yet we never share what it is we’re playing.

I know we have Gamercards but who has time to check them? With that said, what are you guys and girls playing? Right now I don’t have anything particular that I’m playing. I just finished Ghostbusters: The Video Game. I wanted to try out Fight Night Round 4 but you know how that went. My daughter has been all over Disney’s Sing It. She’s a fan of Miley Cyrus and High School Musical so it’s her dream game.
There’s one game I really need to find some of you who play it. That game is Frontlines: Fuel of War. I’ve played a few levels and it’s pretty good. I know it got looked over and didn’t receive the best reviews but it’s crazy fun to me. It has quite a few players on Xbox LIVE so we could have some fun with it if enough of you guys have it.
What say you? What are you playing?

This is a great topic, thanks for posting Deac.
That being said, I’ve slacked tremendously in playing. I’ve been busy fixing up my new house so I can move in it within the next 2 weeks. Plus I was in Greece for a wedding. You would think not having a job I would have time to play but I’ve been slacking. There are many games I need to be playing. I’ve been meaning to put in CoD4!

in the last week or so I have finished Castle Crashers, started playing the SP and alot of MP in Red Faction Guerilla, and also started and finished Ghostbusters over the weekend … I think Im going to rent either Overlord 2 or Call of Juarez BiB next …

Currently playing Overlord 2 and Ghostbusters, the latter of which I finished last week but I’m now playing through it again collecting some artifacts and miscellaneous achievements I missed the first time through. Also, the online campaigns in Ghostbusters = Epic win! It’s alot of fun and definitely mirrors GOW2 Horde mode.

I’ve not played a ‘proper’ game on my 360 in a while. I’ve been focusing on carrying on with my Final Fantasy marathon more than anything. That being said, I still have a daily dose of Halo (which is starting to do more bad than good), with helpings of Scene It and GH/Rock Band when my friends are around. I plan on finally opening up Fable II at some point next

In May, I played Bad Company again to earn a few more achievements and also played through Bio Shock one more time. In June, I’ve played Mirror’s Edge, Halo 3 and Red Faction: Guerilla. ME was a lot more fun than I expected. Halo campaign never gets old. Red Faction is also surprisingly fun to play.
I should add that the reason I am playing some older games again is because of this site and updates on upcoming games (Splinter Cell Conviction, Bad Company 2, Bio Shock 2).

I haven’t had anything new recently but I’m re-playing X-Men Origins Wolverine on the Hard Level, Resident Evil 5, and Street Fighter IV (my addiction)
. I wanted to pick up Ghostbusters but from what I’m hearing everyone is finishing it really quick. I want to pick up Fight Night Rd. 4 but I’ve tried the demo and can’t get the hang of punching with the analog stick. I want to like it!

I’m currently juggling CoD 4 and RB2. I rented Ghostbusters, but didn’t end up finishing it. I was mad excited for it and it just gave me a meh. If you guys want to do a F:FoW night, I’ll gladly go rent it.
Like BPD said, great topic.

I am a bit late but I have been playing CoD4 and Left 4 Dead hehe

Really, there is only two games we ever really play: Halo 3 (usually multiplayer, but sometimes we make campaign runs with skulls for fun) and Left 4 Dead (no matter how many times I play the campaigns, it is still the best fun had with zombies haha)…but otherwise, I play a lot of different games, on 360 and not. As far as the 360 goes: GH World Tour, Rock Band 1/2, FIFA 09 (love soccer games). Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is sick nasty on the PS3, if you like tactical fps then definitely pick up this game. And I play a lot of my old consoles as well, a lot of FIFA 08 on PS2 though sometimes I’ll take out my old Devil May Cry 2. XBOX, I still haven’t beaten Ninja Gaiden haha, mainly because I got my Xbox 360 halfway through playing it. Jade Empire is pretty unique, and as far as rpg’s go it’s the opposite of the norm. And of course Fight Night 2004, kickin’ it old school some generations back haha…personally I hate the newer Fight Nights, and the demo of FN R4 feels way too slow and unresponsive compared to the lightning speed of 2004……so yeah, that’s what I’ve been playing in the past few months haha.
As far as anyone who wants to play with me on either Halo 3, FIFA 09, Left 4 Dead, or any other Xbox 360 game we might both have haha, hit up my current xbl gamertag: InteriorSauce …also, keep in mind that I’m decent at Halo 3 multiplayer, I don’t make stupid passes and am a pretty good defender at 10v10 FIFA, and I don’t leave people behind in Left 4 Dead haha.

For a change of pace, I spent a little time playing MK vs DC this weekend. I haven’t touched that one for quite a while and it was nice to play a few rounds again.

I will be playing The Darkness/RIDDICK again, because just about every game in the last year have been CRAP!
