For a second, I thought that dudes arm had a massive load of wrinkles and was like WTF??? But I got a better look and turns out it’s just a disgusting looking tattoo.

I never got around to playing the first BIGS game – though I did think that it looked fun, so I’ll have to check this one out for sure.
