Honestly I have never been more disapointed with a company such as xbox then any other company ever! I paid for a 1 year
subscription with xbox to play on line (gold membership – $80.00 estimate) I used it for 2 months and then had
to leave the country so the rest 10 months I paid for went down the drain.

A year later I call Xbox Live ( located in the phillipine – sorry for wrong spelling ):

1. Customer Service is so damn rude to me on the phone from the start.
2. Will not reiumburse me 6-8 months of gold package as courtasy.

So I request to speak to a manager – CSR puts me on hold for 20 mins and “a supervisor” comes on the phone who is
even ruder then the CSR – I ask for a manage “supervisor” says that she is “manager” I ask for employee number and
i.d. info for a complaint. she refers me to:

1 Microsoft Way
Redmond Washington
98052

I ask for corporate information v.p. name address – someone to write a letter to…nothing just write to above address.

The “manager” won’t evne give me her employee number…she gives me the pervious person’s employee number but not hers.

An american company distributes 80% of their gaming product in n.america but all customer service is routed to
india and phillipines. where the rules are not the same – and can get away with anything.

All your credit card info on xbox live..personal info, address, everything is giong to india and phillipines…”JUST SO YOU KNOW”

Anyhow 1.5 hours on the phone for nothing – bottom line:

ps3 has all of the following things that xbox doesn’t.

FREE ONLINE PLAY!!!!
BLUE TOOTH
BETTER CONTROLERS
FREE WIFI BUILT IN
MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Go with PS3.
