Wanted: Weapons of Fate Box Art
Kill one, save a thousand! I loved the movie when it came out. Angelina Jolie was hot and the gun action was ridiculous. I didn’t like the way it ended but overall, it was a movie that I enjoyed quite a bit. Can you curve the bullet?

Well as with nearly every movie that releases, there’s a game tied in. Published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment in partnership with Universal Digital Platforms Group and developed by GRIN Studios, Wanted: Weapons of Fate continues the epic journey of hero Wesley Gibson, who must go toe-to-toe with the sophisticated but deadly French chapter of “The Fraternity.”
Here’s the box art for the game to get you excited about its release (March). I don’t remember any masked villains in the movie. Why not throw a nice mix of some hot Jolie render and a cool Wesley on the cover? I guess they’re going for more of the comic book feel and what The Killer’s attire was.
Did you know that Jolie’s character, The Fox, was actually a sexy African American female assassin with short hair in the comic? Picture Halle Berry with guns and tight leather pants to get a picture of what the character looked like in the comic.

I hope this doesn’t suck like other movie video games. There’s actually some game footage on the Wanted DVD. Not bad, but only time will tell how well it will do.

Gotta add the movie to my Netflix queue.
This cover art looks great!

I do have to say one thing, the comic book would have made a much better movie than the garbage that was done. I watched the movie and enjoyed it. Then coworker lent me the comic and I thought that the movie was horrible. The movie was absolutely nothing like the the comic. It was a brotherhood of assassins, it was an organization of villains who finally rid the world of superheroes.

well to the movie’s credit, it was “loosely” based on the comic lol

Wait they killed all the superheroes? The good guys lost?

Normally games not directly tied to a movie are even better than the others. Hope we get a great game with a solid story.

Will definitely give this one a rent. I absolutely love the movie (have it on BluRay) so hopefully the game is at least half as good.
